Frequently asked questions

Can you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. I can work white-label, delivering directly into your process without being visible to the client. I can also take part as a visible partner if that makes more sense for the project.

How quickly can you get into a project?

Usually fairly quickly. I'm used to working in existing design files, WordPress setups, brand guides and agency processes. A good brief, access to the relevant files and clear expectations are usually enough.

What kinds of agency tasks do you usually help with?

Mainly tasks where design, web and digital production meet — web design, UI, WordPress development, landing pages, pitch material, graphic assets, photo and video editing, and content.

Can you work within our existing process and tools?

Yes. As a rule I adapt to the way you work — Notion, Slack, Jira, Google Drive or whatever tools you already use.

How do we make sure the partnership doesn't add more coordination?

It starts with a clear scope: what needs solving, who approves, which files we work in and when things need to be ready. My role is to create momentum, not to add another layer of project management.

Can you join client meetings on behalf of or together with the agency?

Yes, if it makes sense. In some partnerships I'm completely invisible to the client. In others I take part as an external specialist.

Can you help in busy periods or with short deadlines?

Often, yes. But I'd rather say an honest no than squeeze in a task if the timeline isn't realistic.

Can we use you as a fixed external partner?

Yes. For some it makes most sense to use me on an ongoing basis, because over time I get to know your clients, processes and technical setup.

What do you need to get off to a good start?

A clear brief, access to the relevant files and a shared understanding of deadline, responsibility and level of ambition.

How do you handle confidentiality and the agency's client relationship?

I respect that the client is your client. That's why we always agree how communication should work and what role I have in the project.

How do you invoice agency work?

It depends on the form of partnership — a fixed price, hourly billing or a more ongoing agreement. We agree scope, estimate and billing from the start.

What is your role in an agency partnership?

A creative and digital partner who can follow the design through development and production.
