Studio+ brings your ongoing digital tasks together with one partner. That can be a new landing page, sales material, improvements to the website or changes to an existing automated workflow.
Capacity, priorities and expected delivery are agreed together. Larger new solutions, photo and video shoots and software usage are agreed separately.

If you only need hosting and maintenance of the website, a service agreement is more relevant. A scoped AI workflow can have its own maintenance agreement. A single larger task is agreed as a project.

Frequently asked questions
Is Studio+ the same as a design subscription?
Studio+ covers design on subscription as well as ongoing web development, content, automation and sparring within an agreed scope. It suits companies with needs across several areas. Single graphic deliverables can be agreed as a separate project.
What's the difference between Studio+ and a retainer?
Studio+ brings several disciplines together in one agreement for a fixed monthly price. Capacity and way of working are agreed at the start, and tasks are prioritised together and solved one at a time. Larger standalone projects are priced separately.
Can I start on Studio+ without having my website made by Sander Studio?
Yes. The partnership can start from an existing solution. An initial review clarifies what's in place and what needs improving.
What happens with large projects, such as a new website?
Larger project deliverables from scratch are agreed separately and priced individually. Studio+ is for ongoing operations and further development, not for building something completely new from scratch.
Are photo and video included?
Image and video editing are included. The production itself, i.e. photography and filming with transport and equipment, is agreed and invoiced separately.
How quickly do you deliver tasks?
Most tasks are solved within 1–3 working days depending on scope and complexity. Larger tasks naturally take longer, but we always agree the expected delivery time before we start.
What if I don't have any tasks one month?
The monthly review can be used to find relevant improvements to content, design, technology or agreed workflows. Prioritisation happens together with you, even when you don't have new tasks yourselves.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The agreement can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Can I have Studio+ alongside an ongoing project?
Yes. We can start with a scoped project and move to Studio+ at launch, so operations and further development continue with the same partner.
Who is Studio+ not for?
Companies that only need help with one scoped project. There an hourly rate or a fixed project is a better solution.
Are AI and automation included?
Yes, improvements to agreed integrations and existing AI workflows can be included. New solutions, larger data preparation and extensive integrations are scoped and priced separately. Any monitoring and handling of operational errors is agreed specifically. Software usage is paid separately.
